Nitrogen is a macronutrient essential for the proper formation of plant tissue. Nitrogen is a component of proteins, nucleic acids, and chlorophyll. When nitrogen is insufficient, the plant begins to extract it from older leaves, causing chlorosis.

Nitrogen deficiency. How to recognise it?

A lack of this nutrient often leads to stunted plant growth. Leaves lose colour to a yellowish hue, and older leaves will be more yellow than new ones, but they do not fall off the plant. Leaf stunting is also visible.

Dosage of YOKUCHI GEN N NITROGEN Fertiliser

1 click/100 litres of water daily. It’s best to dose near the filter outlet. For large plants, increase the fertiliser dose accordingly.
