1.1 Posting your order may take up to 48 hours from the moment of receiving payment, but usually, take less than 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 9 am are posted first thing Monday the following week.
1.2 Delivery may take 2-4 working days. On some rare occasions, it may take up to 6 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday. 92% of 2022 and 2023 shipments arrived in the first 3 days from purchase.
1.3 Plants orders placed after 3 pm Thursday will be posted on the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

1.5 FREE Ireland DELIVERY on orders over 200 Euro. Promotion excludes fish tanks 60cm long and larger or 60l water capacity and larger.
1.6 All orders that qualify for free delivery are sent using our Standard Delivery service (Estimated 2-4 working days).
1.7 Order for collection please place your order and select the ‘Personal collection’ option at the checkout. When your order is ready for collection We will inform and You will be able to collect items from Our warehouse in Bray.
The collection address is Remedy Self Storage, Boghall Road Bray.
1.8 You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return unwanted dry goods. After this time we do not accept returns. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it in order to qualify for a full refund.
1.9 If your item has a warranty then we can offer a replacement once the returned item has been received. If the item has signs of inappropriate use or guarantee seals are broken, a refund will not be issued.
1.10 In the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed in the post, we are not entitled to send a replacement in the meantime. A parcel is considered lost after 15 working days, only then can we offer a replacement or refund. Parcel/package is considered as delivered if DPD/Fastway/ AnPost issues delivery dockets.
1.11 If the parcel is delivered by the courier with signs of serious damage, the box is open or the overall condition of the cargo is unacceptable, the parcel MUST be returned to the courier! This is a basic condition to receive a refund due to damage during shipping.
If the parcel is delivered damaged and the customer still accepts it, the time to file a complaint is 24 hours from delivery. After this time, each complaint will be rejected by the courier company.
Stock Level Explanations
In Our Shop, We have three different stock management systems in place
99% of items that have in In Stock status are avilable in Bray for fast collection or fast delivery/postage.
This status means the item is not available in Bray Werhouse but can be ordered from Our suppliers for customer demand. For the majority of items, it will be 5-10 working days. For aquariums, it may be 3-6 weeks.
These statues mean that the item is not available in Our Warehouse in Bray and is Out of stock with Our suppliers as well.
Delivery Policy Regarding Glass Products and heave items
Due to the nature of the product, different delivery systems apply.
2.1 For tanks above 40 centimeters long or 40l water capacity delivery costs are 10-50 Euro depending on the location.
2.2 For tanks 60- 80cm long delivery charge is 20 to 50 euro depending on the location.
2.3For tanks, 100cm long up to 200cm prices vary from 20 up to 150 Euro
2.4 For tanks above 40 cm or length 40cm or above, delivery time may vary from 2 to 15 working days. Those fish tanks due to the size and nature of the product need to be delivered via special service.
2.5 On some rare occasions, We may be unable to deliver aquariums above 40cm in length or more than 40 liters incapacity. If that is the case you will be informed within 24 hours from the moment of placing the order.
2.6 Our regular delivery area is Co Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, Carlow, Kildare, Meath, and Louth. for other counties, delivery charges may be higher and they are calculated individually
2.7 Delivery of heave item as aquarium cabinets may be restricted to Co Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, Carlow, Kildare, Meath, and Louth. stands over 30kg or lenght above 100cm will be rejected by courier company. Those item can be collected in bray werhouse or delivered to Co Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, Carlow, Kildare, Meath, and Louth by special serwise. additional costs may apply.
IMPORTANT: IF THE TANK ARRIVED DAMAGED YOU AS A CUSTOMER HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 24 HOURS FOR PROVIDING PICTURES PROVING THIS FACT. AFTER THAT PERIOD ANY RETURN/CLAIM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Aqua Remedy is a Service and Maintenance company that provides complex care for fish tanks. We have an online shop as well. We do not have a stationery shop. We do keep 95% of stock in hand and plenty of Aquascaping supplies in our Wergouse and Office/Gallery. You can visit and collect your order from Our warehouse in Bray. You can also book a visit and pick your equipment and hardscape straight from the werhouse.

Some of Our equipment, Hagen products, for example, has an Irish/UK type of plug. However, the majority of Eheim, Aquael, JBL, and other more “exotic” manufacturers required an adapter. In some cases, we do add them to the order, in other situations, customers need to purchase one themselves. They can be obtained in any Woodie’s shop or other DIY retailers.
90% of all Our packages are sent via Fast Way and DPD. Another 10% is via An Post
Maximum of 30 kg.
Yes. We have to use common sense here. We will not send LED Lights with rocks. Same fish tanks or other fragile equipment. If you have any questions about shipping just contact us before you order.
Yes. In the majority of situations, you can do that, however, a 100 Euro deposit needs to be lodged. The deposit is nonrefundable in the situation you decided to resign from the order. That rule applied to collection or personal delivery systems for Dublin and surrounding counties.
