It works by adsorbing positive ions such as calcium and magnesium, which are responsible for the hardness of the water. It also supports a rapid reduction in the pH value to achieve the desired slightly acidic water quality.

The Neo BAG contains two types of energy spheres – white and black – that provide organic carbon and trace elements. These balls can efficiently remove nitrogen compounds and pollutants without the need for additional ingredients. The use of Neo BAG PLUS contributes to improved water quality by removing pollutants both chemically and biologically, creating a healthier environment for aquarium inhabitants.

The Neobag should be placed in a filter where the water flows well, as its effectiveness decreases with slower water flow. Before use, it is necessary to shake the bag about 20 times in clean water, releasing black water – a normal process due to the ingredients of the black energy ball. The energy sphere slowly dissolves within one to two months.
