Paleorock is a light and porous stone with many minerals and alkaline deposits, making it a good choice for a stocked aquarium where animals prefer alkaline water, as well as for marine tanks. Its porous surface provides the perfect structure for the growth of beneficial bacteria that help maintain a healthy and thriving environment.

Can slightly increase the pH value and water hardness, but regular water changes are sufficient to keep this under control.
