Description

The OASE BioStyle 115 is a modern backpack filter, which is available in three different sizes for aquariums up to 180 l. It does not only catch the eye with its modern and sturdy design but proves itself with many useful features.

Via the filter inlet, which is vertically individualized, the aquarium water flows towards the filter with a seamlessly adjustable flow rate. The filter is simply attached to the aquarium wall as a hang-on and secured with variable distance holders. In the filter chamber, the aquarium water is cleansed through biological as well as mechanical and chemical filtration methods. Biological filter foam with the strength of 30ppi intercepts coarse dirt particles and, additionally, provides useful nitrifying bacteria with a broad surface for colonization. Filter fleece cleanses from suspended solids and the carbon cartridge binds chloride and other unwanted chemical substances. This is especially useful during the starting phase of an aquarium.
