The Aquael LEDDY SLIM PLANT White Aquarium Light is based on energy-saving LED technology. In contrast to standard fluorescent lamps, LED lamps to have several times longer life. An additional advantage is the constant efficiency of lighting. In the case of fluorescent lamps, the number of lumens emitted decreases over time.

The Aquael LEDDY SLIM PLANTt is recommended mainly to plant aquarists. With 10 W of power, the lamp generates 650 lumens, with a very favorable spectrum.

The color temperature of 8,000 K is achieved by increasing the share of the blue and red bands in the light spectrum. Such a spectrum is conducive to efficient photosynthesis.

Plants show faster and healthier growth and color better. Increasing the amount of the red band also creates better conditions for plants to compete with algae, thus helping to limit the development of the latter.
