Delivery Information

Standard Ireland Delivery ​

  • Posting your order may take up to 48 hours from the moment of receiving payment, but usually, take less than 24 hours. Orders after Friday 4 pm are posted first thing Monday.
  • Delivery time 2-8 working days. On some rare occasions, it may take up to 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday. 85% of 2021 shipments arrived in the first 3 days from purchase.
  • Plant orders placed after 3 pm Thursday will be posted on the following Monday to avoid weekend delays, for the benefit of the plants.
  • If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your postman will drop your parcel at your local DPD collection point/sorting office.

Livestock delivery

Any livestock purchased on this website needs to be collected in Bray or there are delivery options for Co. Dublin or Co. Wicklow

Delivery of Opti white / FLOAT / Classic Sets

Due to the nature of the product, different delivery systems apply. For tanks, up to 60 centimeters long standard delivery charge applies.

For tanks, 80cm long delivery charge is 30 euro.

For tank 100cm long up to 200cm price vary from 30 up to 100 Euro

For a tank above 60cm delivery time may vary from 2 to 15 working days. Those fish tanks due to the size and nature of the product need to be delivered via special service.


Free Ireland Delivery

  • FREE Ireland DELIVERY on orders over 250 Euro. Promotion excluding fish tanks above 60cm long.
  • All orders that qualify for free delivery are sent using our Standard Delivery service (Estimated 2-8 working days).

Buy and collect

For collection please place your order and select the ‘Personal collection’ option at the checkout. When your order is ready for collection We will inform and You will be able to collect items from My Office/Gallery.

Dry Goods Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return unwanted dry goods. After this time we do not accept returns. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it in order to qualify for a full refund.

If your item has a warranty then we can offer a replacement once the returned item has been received. If the item has signs of inappropriate use or guarantee seals are broken, the refund will not be issued.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed in the post, we are not entitled to send a replacement in the meantime. A parcel is considered lost after 15 working days, only then can we offer a replacement or refund. Parcel/package is considered as delivered if DPD issue delivery dockets.

  1. Can I visit You Store?

Aqua Remedy is a Service and Maintenance company that provides complex care for fish tanks. We have an online shop as well. We do not have a stationery shop. We do keep some stock in hand and plenty of Aquascaping supplies in our little Office/Gallery. You can visit and collect your order from Our werhouse in Bray.

2. Are all items in your store is send from Ireland?

Aqua Remedy has wide access to very unique and hardly accessible equipment on the Irish market. We provide a wide range of Eheim products, a great selection of Aquael equipment, and many more. Unfortunately, We are a small company and not all equipment We can keep always on the side.

We have access to several major suppliers that allowing Us to provide products at a very attractive price, but that comes with awaiting time.

With this fact in mind, 85% of Our orders are coming in the first 3 days after receiving payment and are shipped from Ireland.

3. What plug that filter/heater has?

Some of Our equipment, Hagen products, for example, has an Irish/UK type of plug. However, the majority of Eheim, Aquael, JBL, and other more “exotic” manufactures required an adapter. In some cases, we do add them to the order, in other situations customers need to purchase one themselves. They can be obtained in any Woodie’s shop or other DIY retailers.

4. Who will deliver my parcel?

80% of all Our packages are sent via Fast Way and DPD. Another 20% is via An Post.

5. How heave my parcel can be?

Maximum of 30Kg.

6. Are they any limitations when shipping products?

Yes. We have to use common sense here. We will not send LED Lights with rocks. Same fish tanks or other fragile equipment. If you have any questions about shipping just contact us before you order.

7. Can you order Aquarium, but pay on delivery/collection?

Yes. In the majority of situations, you can do that, however, a 50 Euro deposit needs to be lodged. The deposit is nonrefundable in the situation you decided to resign from the order. That rule applied for collection or personal delivery systems for Dublin and surrounding counties.
